Is it impossible for me to have real time data without a trading account. I just want use sierra chart for charting and simulation with real time data but it seems kinda un-do-able.

It depends on what data you need. The only exchange that has this rule is the CME Group. They require that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. This is their rule, we are just enforcing it. The other option is to pay the professional fees.
