My understanding was that the Denali package I purchased was for real time CME data. However, when I open my ESH23 chart, it shows delayed. Can you verify I have real time data purchased and how to enable it please?

You have not purchased the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

In order to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed you first need to be on one of the Integrated Packages. Refer to the information here:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages

Follow these instructions to change your package:
To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.

Then, to get the real-time data, you need to go through the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Also, be aware that in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rate, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following:

Is your account with Rithmic a live, funded, futures trading account, or is it with a Prop Firm?

A Prop Firm account does not count towards the CME Group requirement of a live, funded, futures trading account, since you are not trading your own funds. If this is your case, then refer to the solution outlined at the following link:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

Also, you have not activated any exchanges yet - but do not do so until you work out the above issue with regards to a trading account.

We also see that you entered TransAct Futures for your trading account on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement. TransAct does not support Sierra Chart, so you can not use a TransAct account for this purpose, as you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart to the trading account at least once a month for verification.

This is from an email I just got from Rithmic/Discount Trading:

Please let me know what data you need for Sierra Chart. Or please indicate if you do not need data and simply need the connection credentials created.

You need just this:
if you do not need data and simply need the connection credentials created.

And then activate the exchanges you need here:
