Hi team, I am AMP client. Previously used CQG with them but I would like to try Denali feed as I believe AMP still does not support Teton. I reviewed support threads including Description of Service Packages and Pricing: How Much Does the Sierra Chart Charting and Trading Software Cost plus Data? , but I was not able to be 100% sure if package 11 for $46 would be my total monthly cost for Sierra Charts + Denali. Or do I need to pay +11 for this item as well? CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts 11.00 USD / month Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees) Sorry I am just little confused to compute the total monthly cost of using data and sierra with these features (TPO graphs, Market Depth and Number Bars). You will need Package 11 at $46.00 per month (or less if you pre-purchase 3 or 6 months), and you will need to pay the exchange fees for the exchanges that you activate in order to get real-time data (if you just need the "CME with Market Depth for non-professionals", then your cost is $11.00 per month). Therefore, your total monthly would be $57.00, but the timing for when each is payment is due is different. The exchange fees are due on the first day of each month. Whereas the package fees renew on a 31 day cycle based on when you last activated your account. Thanks, Teton (assuming I have compliant broker) would save me those $11 monthly, or it would just save me some minor cut from commission fees?

It does not save you the exchange fees. Those are paid to the exchange, and they want their data. The savings is in the Order Routing Fee. Most companies charge about $0.10 per side ($0.10 to buy, then $0.10 to sell, so $0.20 roundtrip on a position). It is this fee that we do not charge. Hi Sierra team, 1) I preselected 11 - Integrated Advanced / monthly 2) Completed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchange Agreements 3) Now I hesitate to buy package 11, since I am not sure if I can use Denali 11 - Integrated Advanced with with combination of AMP executing my orders. I do not see AMP on the list, so I am not sure how Sierra knows to send my order to AMP based on data package 11. Thank you |

Hello again, I also helped myself with GPT as I could not find information on seamless integration Denali and AMP. 1) On Sierra web, I have located list where AMP is not listed (screenshot 1) 2) GPT responded it is integrated (screenshot 2) OK, no problem, I will wait for you instruction on how to proceed. The problem is your Sierra Chart account is currently expired. Follow these instructions to add usage time to your Sierra Chart account: 1. Thanks, it is downloading data now. Sorry for the stupid question (I have not been logged in for long time with Sierra), but would this Data/Trade Settings (screen attached) be sending my orders directly to AMP now or do I need to change anything? Do I go with 1 or 2 service list to be able to send order to AMP? Thanks |

Assuming you are setup with CQG for your order routing with AMP, then you need set your service to CQG WebAPI. Hi team, I have active account with AMP. (I am receiving monthly reports) When I login using CQG WebAPI [trading], my credentials are still stored in my data / trade settings, but when click OK I will receive screen as attached. But I do not have CQG data feed from AMP. That is why I just purchased Sierra Chart data feed to use Sierra data (Denali) and trade with AMP. I am targeting to setup combination of using Sierra data feed and use AMP as my broker. Thank you |

I quickly discussed with AMP over the chat, and they suggest me to come back to Sierra to seek help. Since I have CQG WEBAPI credentials, they have nothing to configure from their site. I am supposed to check with Sierra team for those 2 error msgs: Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: F.US.MNQM23. 5 Click for symbol information. Download Failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed I am thinking, if this could be due to this (screenshot) but I read somewhere, this feed should be free for the 1st month. Can you please confirm? Thanks |

You have not setup (and paid for) the real-time data for the CME Group, and we do not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX, which is why you are getting that message. thanks, and if I pay for real time data CME, then will I be able to trader normally? (data from sierra, orders sent to AMP) because I purchased sierra data based on earlier msg that it is seamless integration with AMP. thanks |
