Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

If that was the case when you first posted, then it would explain the situation. When we looked at your account the Full CME Group was activated, therefore we thought there was another issue.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

You need to connect your Sierra Chart to your live trading account. What broker do you have an account with?

We see that your Trading Account Verification is now set to November 30, 2022 so you will be able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed until that time.

Just be aware that TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chat several months ago. So you will not be able to continue to connect to your TransAct account to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group.

If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart for trading, then you will need to change brokers. We recommend a broker that supports our Teton Order Routing Service. You will find the list of brokers that support this service at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Routing Service here:
