We see that your Trading Account Verification is now set to November 30, 2022 so you will be able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed until that time. Just be aware that TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chat several months ago. So you will not be able to continue to connect to your TransAct account to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group. If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart for trading, then you will need to change brokers. We recommend a broker that supports our Teton Order Routing Service.
