Please help me to Connect to Sierra Chart for the Live Trading Account. I tried the Instructions but could not succeed. The Data is Delayed by 10 Min. I use NYMEX Data Only. The problem is that TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chart several months ago, so you can no longer log into your TransAct account with Sierra Chart. You were able to continue to get our Denali data through October 31, 2022 as that is when your non-professional verification ended. Since we are now passed that date, you are not verified to get the non-professional data and therefore you are getting the delayed streaming data. If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart, you will need to find a different broker. We recommend a broker that supports our Teton Order Routing Service. You will find the list of brokers at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Routing Service at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions If you want to just use Sierra Chart for charting, then you will still need a trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional status. I do not log into TransAct with Sierra Chart. I use Sierra Chart with Denali Exchange Data and not with TransAct. I have already Paid USD 30 for the CME Exchange Data Fees last month to Denali Exchange. I have already paid for Sierra Chart Usage use till Jan 2023. I have a Live Trading Account, which qualifies me as a non-professional. I get Data through Denali. I was verified to get non-professional data. It was done last October. The non-professional verification was done last month with the help of Ray at Sierra Support. Just need guidance as how to get non-professional verification done. I am attaching the Sierra Chart Support Link. It shows how to connect to Live Data once a month through Dinali Exchange Data. Need help to do the step process please. Hi John, You need a Live Trading Broker Account. I have Live Trading Broker Account with GAIN CAPITAL/OEC. My Introductory Broker is Zaner Group. Contact person is Adam Packard. Email: apackard@zaner.com. With Live Trading Account you can do the Verification as Non-Professional Status. I can send you the details of the Live Trading Account and you can do the Verification. Then I should be able get the Live Data Streaming through Denali Exchange Data. Please advise me how to go about urgently.
