The problem is that TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chart several months ago, so you can no longer log into your TransAct account with Sierra Chart.

You were able to continue to get our Denali data through October 31, 2022 as that is when your non-professional verification ended. Since we are now passed that date, you are not verified to get the non-professional data and therefore you are getting the delayed streaming data.

If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart, you will need to find a different broker. We recommend a broker that supports our Teton Order Routing Service. You will find the list of brokers at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Routing Service at the following link:

If you want to just use Sierra Chart for charting, then you will still need a trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional status. For this we recommend the service outlined at the following link:
