I do not log into TransAct with Sierra Chart. I use Sierra Chart with Denali Exchange Data and not with TransAct. I have already Paid USD 30 for the CME Exchange Data Fees last month to Denali Exchange. I have already paid for Sierra Chart Usage use till Jan 2023. I have a Live Trading Account, which qualifies me as a non-professional. I get Data through Denali. I was verified to get non-professional data. It was done last October. The non-professional verification was done last month with the help of Ray at Sierra Support. Just need guidance as how to get non-professional verification done. I am attaching the Sierra Chart Support Link. It shows how to connect to Live Data once a month through Dinali Exchange Data. Need help to do the step process please.
