Hi, I read the documentation for getting live data. I'm currently using Service package 5, and I want the options of Service package 12. This would cost about $45/month, but I read that if I get an account with a broker (e.g., AMP) then I could get the same data for cheaper. My goal is to get the live data on Sierra Chart (SC), but make executions on ThinkorSwim (TOS) which is no longer supported by SC. I would like to know the cheapest way to ago about this. Can I for example sign up for AMP, then get the live data for some amount cheaper per month, and just execute on TOS? How would this work out exactly? Thank you for your time. Edit: Currently trying to fund an Edge Clear account with $100, based on this link (Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement). Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-11-01 02:30:41

You will not be able to get the data cheaper elsewhere. The exchange fees run pretty much the same across vendors since they are what the exchanges themselves charge. Also, if you are wanting the MBO data, then you will only get this in Sierra Chart by using our Denali data. We do not process any MBO data from other vendors (if they even have it available). The account with Edge Clear is the best way forward. Once you have that setup, then you will need to follow the instructions to connect to the Teton Order Routing Service starting at step #5 at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions As noted in Step #5 from above, you will need to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Be sure to follow the instructions linked to in that section. You will want to be sure to activate an exchange with the "Market Depth" data to get the MBO data. Once all of the above is setup, then you will need to go through the following to do the setup for the MBO data: Market By Order Data: Step-by-Step Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Is it possible to use something like interactive brokers for this? I feel like the environment at edge clear is less modernized, they don't seem to have security features like multifactor authentication.

I just got a funded AMP account, may you please guide me on how to get my SC setup? I want the depth of market data and market profile for CME instruments. Do I need service package 12? I think AMP is CQG. Thank you for your help.

AMP will have set you up on CQG for your order routing. Therefore, you will need to follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once that is done, then you will go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* As part of setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed you will need to select the exchange(s) you want. Make sure you select the appropriate options that include Market Depth data. If you want access to all the data from the CME Group (all 4 exchanges - CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX) then we recommend activating the following exchange: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts Package 12 is only necessary if you want to view the MBO data. Refer to the information here: Market By Order Data Otherwise you could be on Package 11. To change your package follow these instructions: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.
Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I've set up the AMP account and have submitted the documents for Real-Time data agreements. The status also says reviews and submitted. However, when I go to activate the data at (https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed), it shows under "Verify Trading Account" that I'm still not verified. Does it just take time for it to be verified?
