AMP will have set you up on CQG for your order routing. Therefore, you will need to follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once that is done, then you will go through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* As part of setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed you will need to select the exchange(s) you want. Make sure you select the appropriate options that include Market Depth data. If you want access to all the data from the CME Group (all 4 exchanges - CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX) then we recommend activating the following exchange: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts Package 12 is only necessary if you want to view the MBO data. To change your package follow these instructions: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.
