Hello, I have a problem: I have a paid data feed (package 5) and I don't get any live data but delayed data as in the demo. Please help

I need the realtime data for the CME - I would like to add that I have already received the data in realtime as part of my booked package - but today the data feed was delayed...10 minutes as in demo mode, although I haven't changed or changed anything

You have not been setup to get real-time data from us for the CME Group. Are you connected to a trading service in which you were getting the data from that source? In order to get the data for the CME Group from us, you need to follow through the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Also, be aware of the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the lower-priced non-professional exchange fees.
