You have not been setup to get real-time data from us for the CME Group. Are you connected to a trading service in which you were getting the data from that source?

In order to get the data for the CME Group from us, you need to follow through the instructions at the following link:

Also, be aware of the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the lower-priced non-professional exchange fees. Refer to the information here:
