Im experiencing this for ES sept 22 contract as well using "SC data - all services [data]". This morning from 8:50 am EST or so came in okay, but overnight data was missing and prior date data showed substantial gaps for ES. Also could not get NISS-NYSE-NASDAQ on some charts, but on others it seemed to be working.

Switched data connection to both IBKR trading data (denali feed) and CQG api which is are working fine so on my end. The denali data is what my charts draw from in all instances as I don't pay CQG or IBKR for their data and just route orders.

Thanks in advance for any advice how to fix this.

User584846:

Given that your data specifically stops at 22:00 and starts again at 09:00 points to your session times not being set properly. Refer to the following:

The first thing we want you to do is to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Since you had been changing your Service settings, we want to ensure that the symbols are correct for the currently selected service.

Then, go to a chart for which you have an issue and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Wait for the chart to rebuild and then see if you are still missing data. If you are, then please let us know and include an image of what you are seeing.

Still trying to figure this out.... If I have the Rithmic connection through an evaluation account, do I still need to pay for Denali/CME data? If so, will the data be live or delayed? I dont see the delayed message at the top of the screen, but im wondering if it is because I have a 20 minutes delay when connected to the SC Data.

Regarding post #7 you are using Transact and you are affected by this:
Information for Transact Users for Versions 2354 and Higher | Post: 315898

This has occurred 2 days earlier than anticipated. However, the historical data is now working again. There may be some missing historical data but at this point we are not going to patch that missing data.

You need to move to the Denali Data Feed and we will help you with this. Do not delay. Do not ignore what we have been telling Transact users for going on at least six months now.

Regarding post #6:
do I still need to pay for Denali/CME data?
Yes to avoid problems with historical data. You are now using the Denali Data Feed and paying the nonprofessional exchange fee but you still need to connect to a funded trading account to authorize the data. Instructions:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

Once that is done:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
