Show order on chart showing wrong

I took a trade earlier and got out within the same candle and was confused why the trade didnt show on the chart when I had the setting on. Then it shows up on the candle 10 minutes after the trade. Is this a known issue? restarting Sierra before that 10 minutes didn't make the trade show up. restarting sierra now the trade still shows on the wrong candle

It looks like you are setup to use the Teton Order Routing, but you have not setup real-time data with our Denali feed.

This would explain what you are seeing, as right now you would be getting the Delayed data, so the actual time of the trade was 10 minutes forward from where you thought it was.

that is weird. I've been trading real time since I started. It was real time yesterday.

Edit:
ok looks like the exchange data plan I signed up for expired and didn't renew. Is there a way that I can see that I'm not using live data while in Sierra in case this happens again for some reason?

My apologies. Your account is setup correctly, although there was a change that we did not expect to see, where you were changed back to Package 3 and then given the evaluation of Package 12. This does not show in the information we have when looking at the support ticket, so it appeared you did not have the data.

In case you were not aware of this change, you have 60 days for the evaluation of Package 12, so just be sure you change back to package 10 before the 60 days ends.

Therefore, we are not sure what is happening. It still could be that there is something else causing you to have delayed data, or perhaps it is an order fill situation.

Please give us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

I sent the log through Sierra. between your first and second posts I actually did not have a data plan subscribed. I went to the activate services page and saw that my data expired and reactivated it.

Then the delayed data was the answer, but when I looked the second time, you did have the exchange active.

In answer to your earlier question, if you are on delayed data, you should see the word "Delayed" in your Title Bar.

Additionally, there is an item in the Chart Header with the shorthand "DD:", which stands for Data Delay. If you can see this, then it will show you how delayed your data is. Refer to the following:
