I was getting data feed on CQG API yesterday(05/19/22) morning with standard 3 package $26.00. Later I subscribed for 6 months 3 standard package discounted same package but different price . Now I can't connect to CQG WebAPI data feed. My CQG WebAPI data feed is paid until end of this month. Could you please enable CQG ?

We have made the change that we have been mentioning for awhile now, that you need to be on Package 10 or higher in order to connect to an external trading service. Refer to the information here: Service Package Changes | Discontinued External Services | Reducing Overall Costs | Post: 307539 To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to. When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time. I am trying to activate CME (top -of-the book) exchanges for Denali data feed. I paid $10.20. It is asking me again and again to pay . Everytime it is asking me to double the amount last paid. I know top of the book is $1.25. I already added fund $20.20 . IT is keep asking me to pay over and over again to activate. Please help me. |

I found out that there is a CME bundle package for $3.50/month. Is there any way I can sign up for the bundle instead of Single exchange CME. Please do help . I am in a circle Can't activate. I already signed all the exchange requirements agreements.

The first thing you need to do is to change your package to Package 10. This is the equivalent of Package 3 but will allow for external connections and data. Then you will be able to activate the exchange(s) you want. You have not activated any exchanges yet. In this package 10 I will be paying monthly 28.8. Why should I pay more. Then $3.50 bundle package data feed. total $32.50. since I am paying less now per month. but currently I am paying 26/month. and CQG feed top-of-the book CME exchanges $4.00. Total $30.00. If I go with monthly $26.00 Standard package 3 can I add denali top-of the book CME $3.50 bundle package data feed ? Is there any way you can open up a chat or we can talk to clarify few things. |

I just subscribed 6 months 3 standard package yesterday. prior to yesterday, I was using $26.00/month with CQG $4.00 CME exchanges. My question is can I use 6 months 3 standard package $124.80 instead of using $26.00/month and keep using CQG data feed along with it? We set your account back to Service Package 3 and check that the free evaluation of Service Package 12 is good for one month from now. So you are fine on package three for another month. If you cannot connect to CQG let us know. We will take care of that. My question is can I use 6 months 3 standard package $124.80 instead of using $26.00/month and keep using CQG data feed along with it?
Yes for now (the next month). Just stay on a version before 2394 in order to use the CQG data feed. But we definitely recommend using the Denali Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed Yes this would be all unless you use version 2394 or higher: So If I change to 10 standard + Denali data feed - 172.8 Will that be all ?

If you cannot connect to CQG let us know. We will take care of that. Nope I can't connect to CQG. It still shows CQG WEbAPI(Not enabled on package). |

I was using Denali exchange top of the book, this month. Then I received the message today that at least I have to connect once with live data to receive lower price exchange data. When I tried to change Sim1 to my real time account in the Trade Window ,it only shows Sim1 option ? Why ? |

Yes I am with AMP. Now here, is my denali data feed recurring ? I have to turn off ? Can't have both data feed on CQG and denali at a same time. |

You can use the Denali data when trading with CQG. This is not a problem, and is how Sierra Chart is built. Refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services We would recommend using the Denali data and then letting your broker know that you do not want the CQG data, so you are not paying twice. Hello John, I just talked to AMP, they told me that in my account there is no data that is CQG is turned off. And they told me that I can connect to Denali .In my Sierra account I have activated Denali $3.50 all four exchanges. I still can't see my trading account in the trading window. I can see only Sim1 option. Please help me out. |

hello John, I have cancelled CQG data feed. There is no CQG involved any more . I have subscribed Denali data feed. It is all Denali feed now. (1) I am getting live denali data feed. no delay, working on sierra chart. (2) however the problem is on the Trade window , I see only Sim1 option . So I can't trade with my real trading account. If you can't understand please chat with me . Why I can't see my trading account in the combo box. What is wrong with it ? You are still using CQG for your order routing. Denali is just a data feed. Therefore you will still connect to your CQG account to do trading, but your data will come from us. Follow the instructions at the following link to connect to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions -- If you are interested in our Teton Order Routing Service, then that is a separate item from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Note that AMP does not have support for our Teton Order Routing Service at this time. Therefore, you would have to change brokers. You will find a list of brokers supporting the service at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions on the page linked above.
