I am trying to activate CME (top -of-the book) exchanges for Denali data feed. I paid $10.20. It is asking me again and again to pay . Everytime it is asking me to double the amount last paid. I know top of the book is $1.25. I already added fund $20.20 . IT is keep asking me to pay over and over again to activate. Please help me.
