I have service package 10 and CTS is my trading service. I'm using SC version 2364, it was my understanding that by using this older version of SC that I would still be able to use CTS with SC. However, as of this morning, doing the once a month thing to prove you have a live trading account no longer enables real time data. Am I doing something wrong to confirm my live trading account or is this just the way it's going to be from here on out when using CTS?

As long as you are running a version of Sierra Chart that actually connects to the CTS system and you are connecting to a live account you should be fine to verify the trading account.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

I checked, nothing has changed. When the Current Selected Service is set to SC Data-All Services, it's all delayed data and that's with SC symbols. When the Current Selected Service is set to CTS T4 FIX and using CTS symbols, the most recent data I can get is Friday's data, can't even bring up today's data. Earlier I had just assumed it was the once a month thing, but your last post clearly shows that my account has been verified. There's 2 problems: 1. when using SC Data-All Services the data is delayed even with the verified account. 2. I can't access CTS. That Friday data that comes up now, when CTS is the Selected Service, that data at that time was live data and it was using CTS symbols.

Ok we see what the problem is. You do not have any exchanges active. You need to activate them from here:

Well... that certainly hasn't happened before, but now I know. Everything is good. Thanks.
