can help me why this.It seems to me that this data is incorrect.how is fix this
i am looking to open stage5trading real account but it demo account show me fake data..total volume only right both platform...

First, update Sierra Chart to the current version (You are running an out of date version):

And you are using the Denali data feed and paying the exchange fee but you are not actually accessing any data from that service for this reason (This also applies to historical data):
You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

So once you begin to use the Denali Data Feed and you:

Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this:

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.

The reason is that our Central Bank has banned foreign currency deposits, can I find a solution to this?

You need to talk to Stage 5 about this. We are a separate company and do not have any method to get your funds to them.

Hi Chalin,

Do you have any other brokerage accounts you can fund your account with? If so, that would work.

The reason for the restrictions is that Stage 5 and our clearing firms (Advantage Futures in this case) are strictly regulated with Anti-Money Laundering rules we must adhere to. For that reason we are required to have the name & tax ID of the originaton (Bank Account) match the name and tax ID of the destination (Futures account). With that being said corporate bank accounts can’t fund personal accounts and vice versa. With Skrill and Paypal you lose the origination account name and tax ID, so the funds would not be able to be posted to your futures account.
