First, update Sierra Chart to the current version (You are running an out of date version): Software Download: Fast Update And you are using the Denali data feed and paying the exchange fee but you are not actually accessing any data from that service for this reason (This also applies to historical data): You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees.
