slow data on demo account but normal on CQG

Hello and thank you for your help, I have a live account via GCQ feed which is working well but when I trade on my Trading Evaluator I get a very big delay in all price DOMs an also I place orders and take seconds to go through. What could I do about this? Thanks again Panos |

For now close all of the charts you have open and just open a single chart and follow the instructions below. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Yes, there is a considerable difference between my live account and my Trading Evaluator in how the numbers update on screen on all DOMs. Could I refer to any incoming data settings given my usual internet download speed is 50Mbps? |

I have gone through the documentation and settings. The problem still persists. Apart from the DOM's the whole system is lagging when in trading evaluator mode, compared to my live account where things work smooth. I know this is very weird. Charts dont zoom in and out, updates are very slow etc. I am sorry to keep coming back to you, but the difference is huge. I can try recording screen so you can see it yourself if that helps. |

It could not have anything to do with the selected Service. This is really impossible. There must be some difference we are not aware of. You need to work out performance issues on your side . We are not going to know about them. It does not help us to show a screen recording. This is meaningless to us. There is a performance issue based upon what you are doing with Sierra Chart and your system. You have to resolve that on your side. We cannot do that. This is for you to solve. It does not help to come back to us. Solve the problem on your side. Start with a new Chartbook. Start with a completely new Chartbook. Start with a single chart and see if you have a problem. If you do not, then your problem is solved and then you can build up from there.
