It could not have anything to do with the selected Service. This is really impossible. There must be some difference we are not aware of. You need to work out performance issues on your side . We are not going to know about them. It does not help us to show a screen recording. This is meaningless to us. There is a performance issue based upon what you are doing with Sierra Chart and your system. You have to resolve that on your side. We cannot do that. This is for you to solve. It does not help to come back to us. Solve the problem on your side. Start with a new Chartbook. Start with a completely new Chartbook. Start with a single chart and see if you have a problem. If you do not, then your problem is solved and then you can build up from there.
