Hi,

I am still getting delayed data and still show the activate trial, do I need to do anything on my end here to have real time data for the trial?

I tried to activate my trial account but an error is coming up - I've typed the error below:

"Error":"Failed to send code to number. SMS already sent to number.

But I have not received any activation SMS

With any package, or on the Trial, you have access to real-time data for FOREX, CFD, Cryptocurrencies, and Market Statistics.

You also have access to the delayed streaming data for the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView exchanges.

We highly recommend using this delayed streaming data while you are learning Sierra Chart, as the data acts the same as real-time data, but is delayed by 10-15 minutes. Additionally, there is no cost for this data.

If you need real-time data, then we would need to adjust your trial to change you to the "Integrated Advanced with MBO" package. You could then activate, pay for, and get real-time data.

Just keep in mind that to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following:

You can not connect to an external service while on a trial.

We have changed your trial to be on Package 12, which is the equivalent of the trial, but this will allow you to connect to trading and get real-time data.

Note that we no longer support Gain Capital, so the version you are running is one of the last that does support it. We can not help with any issues with Gain Capital.

Hi John,

I went ahead and setup an ironbeam account and was approved and just made a deposit through them of $200 which was recommended on the website here.

I also activated services for "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts"

I am trying to connect to my account on SierraCharts saying "Connection error Teton CME Order Routing No Trading Accounts Assigned"

Can you please help with this?

If you have not already done so, you need to go through the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Routing service at the following link, starting at Step #6:
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions

If you have done everything in that section and are still getting the error of "...No Trading Accounts Assigned", then that means that your broker has not finished the setup for your account yet. You will need to ask them about the status.

I got in contact with EdgeClear and they are telling me they will not set up real time data for me until I meet the $1,500 minimum.

SierraCharts clearly states to fund with $100-200 to get real time data, what can be done here im not sure what im missing or if you can contact EdgeClear for me regarding this?

I have $200 in my account and everything should be good to go.

Seems SC has a zero tolerance for broker mistakes though.
