I got in contact with EdgeClear and they are telling me they will not set up real time data for me until I meet the $1,500 minimum. SierraCharts clearly states to fund with $100-200 to get real time data, what can be done here im not sure what im missing or if you can contact EdgeClear for me regarding this? I have $200 in my account and everything should be good to go. I'm the founder and CEO of Edge Clear. We have opened a large number of Sierra Chart accounts to support traders in using the platform. Our brokers are very well-trained in the nuances of how this works. I would like to find out whom you made contact with at Edge Clear who gave you this wrong information.
