Able to Connect to Rithmic but Charts not Updating

I've had in issue since 10/26 at 10:48 PST. I'm able to connect to the Rithmic data feed, the price updates correctly, and time & sales populates. However, charts have not updated since that time and date. I've problem-solved to the best of my ability but have exhausted the options that I'm aware of. Is there something that can cause this issue?

Is your Rithmic account one of these trading evaluator services or is it a live funded trading account?

We see you have the Denali data feed active, and the CME exchange, but you cannot access that historical or real-time data when using Rithmic because:

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Both actually. A live account through AMP and a evaluation account through Leeloo. I switched back to CQG on my live account which works fine. The eval account uses Rithmic and after updating Sierra Chart to the latest and connecting my charts still do not update. Price updates on the price column and T&S populates correctly but the chart will not update beyond 11/18.

I reverted back to 2276 and it's working fine. I tried 2308 but encountered the same issue.

Please update to the latest Pre-Release (2328) and let us know if you continue to have the same issue of not seeing the real-time data updating.

Well, I spoke too soon. I closed out and opened again and it wasn't updating. I reverted back to 2276 and it updates as it should. After that I again updated to the prerelease and it is updating correctly. After closing the platform and opening once more it is still updating. I will advise if the issue reoccurs.

It seems that every time I close out and reopen it stops updating. I have to revert an older version and then back to prerelease each time to temporarily solve the issue.

There is nothing in the log that shows any issues, although it would be useful if we had a little more, as it's possible that there could be something further down that is not listed.

The only thing we can think that may be an issue is that you are connected to the Paper Trading server. Try connecting to one of the live servers and see if you are able to get the data with that connection.

One other thing to check is that you have entered your Username and Password for each of the data services listed for Rithmic in the Data/Trade Service Settings.
