Download failed after switching to Rithmic Direct - DTC

Hi,

After switching from Rithmic Trading to Rithmic Direct - DTC. I longer can see my GC chart. I get the following error:

Download Failed. Error downloading historical intraday data for GCZ1.COMEX. permission denied.

GC was working when I was using Rithmic Trading, but after switching to Ritmic Direct it no longer works. What can I do to fix this?

Please update to the latest release and see if you continue to have the same issue. Let us know.

Hi John,

I've downloaded the latest version. I am still getting the same error with GC. I also get permission denied when I launch SC for ES and NQ, but the chart for ES and NQ did load correctly.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

There are issues with Rithmic historical data and we do not provide support for Rithmic market data. You must use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data when using Rithmic. Documentation and instructions:
