In order to get the Non-Professional CME Data, you need to connect to a live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following for more information:

As part of this, you need to enter the information for that account in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement that you complete as part of setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You have not supplied the information we need in order to be able to qualify you as a non-professional. Keep in mind that the prop trading firms do not count as a live trading account as far as the CME Group is concerned, so you can not use that as your account information in the agreements.

We are not able to solve this issue, due to market data rules. This is out of our control.

We will need to issue you a refund. But we cannot refund the exchange fee.

Confirm if you would like the refund or if you want to use Sierra Chart with a supported service other than Rithmic. The supported services are here:

We are trying to help you, but as much as you think this is simple, it is just is not.

You are wanting to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data. But in order to get the data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account that can be verified each month. Your account with LeeLoo does NOT count towards this requirement. Therefore, if you want to get the non-professional exchanges, you would need to connect to a different account that is not a prop firm.

This is the information we gave you in Post #2.

If you are looking for a simple solution that does not involve opening an account, then that answer is to pay the Professional exchange fees.

Keep in mind - these are not our rules - we are just enforcing the rules put upon us by the CME Group.
