Your account with LeeLoo does NOT count towards this requirement. Therefore, if you want to get the non-professional exchanges, you would need to connect to a different account that is not a prop firm. This is the information we gave you in Post #2. If you are looking for a simple solution that does not involve opening an account, then that answer is to pay the Professional exchange fees.
