I would like to run realtime data for CME-including NYMEX crude...could someone please explain how I can subscribe to CQG realtime ...

I just got rid of bookmap for executing and only want SC as my chart program...I also need to update my account number and would like to know how to do that as well

I am really confused about my whole SC setups and would like some help...alll I am looking for is SC with CME depth of market on CQG...I believe I paid 268 and had a denali feed which I did not want...and it has now used all the monies I paid...please advise on how I can have just SC and CQG with depth of mkt for the all CME products

First, if you do not want the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then refer to the instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Canceling the Denali Exchange Data Feed Second, if you have a CQG account, then make sure that you have gone through the following Setup Instructions to get connected to that CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once that is complete, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to ensure that the symbols in the chart are using the CQG symbols. That should take care of it. As long as you are setup to get the CQG data, then you should be getting the data from CQG. ok whats the difference between standard and advanced option...i have CQG from my broker and have made the connection to SC..so I only want to have markety profile and footprint charts...can you please advise

Since you want Market Profile and Footprints, then you will need the Advanced Package (package 5). Those two items, in particular, are only available in the Advanced package.

my dom is extremely herky jerky now...bids and offers are not flowing evenly its appears to be jumping slowly

Take a look at your Chart Update Interval and see if it is set very high. And/or you may want to look at lowering it, especially if this is a Trading DOM. chart update interval is set at 500 and quote board is at 800

The first thing to check is that you are setup to get Market Depth data from your data vendor.
