First, if you do not want the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then refer to the instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Canceling the Denali Exchange Data Feed Second, if you have a CQG account, then make sure that you have gone through the following Setup Instructions to get connected to that CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once that is complete, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to ensure that the symbols in the chart are using the CQG symbols. That should take care of it. As long as you are setup to get the CQG data, then you should be getting the data from CQG.
