Rithmic Issue

Hi,

I have been using Rithmic for the last few days for CME data (OneUpTrader evaluation) - the data has been fine but today it's stalling on 'waiting to download data' and has been for an hour+ now?

We do not provide support for Rithmic data.

We recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data. In both of your cases, you have a Service Package that includes the Denali Data Feed, but both of you do not have any CME exchanges active. You can do that from here:

Once you do that the data will come from our Denali Exchange Data Feed and that will solve the market data issues.

But what's different today? I have to use Rithmic for CME because it's part of the evaluation. No other days has it not downloaded data - but today it's been nearly 2hrs now and still nothing.

Nothing has changed from where I switched off Friday and turned back on today?

I have the same problem with Rithmic as well as for Denali. Cannot download data in any of them

This is why we really did not want Rithmic to provide market data for the new connection method. Only trading. But they did it because of CME market data policy. You can see how much problem that causes all of us.

In the case of post #5 you are not using the Denali data feed either because of this:
Verified trading account ending date: 2021-08-24 .

You need to connect your funded trading account:
