We needed to change your Sierra Chart Service Package to 10 which includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is now done.

You should be receiving the real-time EUREX data from your data provider now.

This problem will not occur again now that your Sierra Chart is on service package 10.

And also there was a notice given about this, to your email address multiple times, over two months ago and also on the notification message when you start Sierra Chart. You can look at that again through Help >> Open System Message in Browser.

I am trying to renew the Denali Exchange Data Feed service, but the system say there are no soficient funds... REALY?

Us there a way to make the renwal outomatic?

To begin with, you can view your balance on the Account Control Panel on our website. To get to this, select Help >> Account Control Panel which will open a browser to the page and log you in with the same account name and password that you used to login to the Sierra Chart software.

On that control panel you will see an entry for Services Surplus, which tells you how much money you have in your account. You will also see and entry for Current Usage Time Ending Date, which is currently October 30, 2021.

As long as you have enough funds in your account when your usage time ends, it will automatically renew to the selected service. Therefore, you just have to make sure you have enough funds in your account prior to October 30, 2021.

We are not sure why you were trying to renew at this time, as you have a little over a month left.

Also, on the Account Control Panel is a link that states Transaction Log and Payment Receipts. Selecting this link will show you the credits and debits to your account, so you can understand how you have the current Services Surplus.

In addition to the automatic renewals, you can also setup automatic payments through Stripe, which will charge your card for upcoming fees. To set this up, go to the Payments page (see link below) and scroll to the bottom and in the section for Automatic Payments with Stripe select the button that states Manage Automatic Payments. Follow through the next steps in order to get your card entered for automatic payments.

I try to renaw the Denali Exchange Data Feed service because today the real time data on ther NQ contract have stoped! + I got a massaga that it axpire... are these good enough reasons?

I think that for some reasone I have two accounts in Sierra, maybe this is the reason for the misunderstanding?

The account from which you are posting has NOT had any of the Denali Exchange Data Feed exchanges active. In addition, you were trying to renew your package (Package 10) and not an exchange. Keep in mind that Package 10 includes the data feed fee.

There are several situations where you could be on Package 10 (or higher) and not have any exchanges active. The most common is that you are trying to get data for EUREX from another source. Another would be that you are using Rithmic for your order routing.

We checked your other account, which expired on May 11, 2021, and it also never used the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Let us know if you are wanting to get real-time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed, or if you just need to be on package 10, or if none of this applies - and we will guide you in the correct direction.

1. The package renewal was done by Sierra support (you can see the correspondence above...
2. until few hours ago, I did have real time data on the NQ and have maid many trades on it.
3. All the above expelanations are to complecated for me. I am trading the DAX and the NQ contracts, and I need the relevant real time data. I also nwhant it to be on outomatic renewal basis, so I wont need to budder you every second month...

1. The correspondence above shows that you are getting your data from your trading service (TransAct in your case). You needed to be on Package 10 in order to get the data for EUREX into your Sierra Chart system from TransAct. That is the only reason why you need to be on Package 10.

2. You need to check with TransAct on why you are not getting real-time data. You should be getting it from them. Also, get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.


3. Your renewal for Sierra Chart is set to be every 6 months. Your next renewal is October 30, 2021. Prior to October 30, 2021 you will need to ensure that you have $172.80 in your account in order for the automatic renewal.
