To begin with, you can view your balance on the Account Control Panel on our website. To get to this, select Help >> Account Control Panel which will open a browser to the page and log you in with the same account name and password that you used to login to the Sierra Chart software.

On that control panel you will see an entry for Services Surplus, which tells you how much money you have in your account. You will also see and entry for Current Usage Time Ending Date, which is currently October 30, 2021.

As long as you have enough funds in your account when your usage time ends, it will automatically renew to the selected service. Therefore, you just have to make sure you have enough funds in your account prior to October 30, 2021.

We are not sure why you were trying to renew at this time, as you have a little over a month left.

Also, on the Account Control Panel is a link that states Transaction Log and Payment Receipts. Selecting this link will show you the credits and debits to your account, so you can understand how you have the current Services Surplus.

In addition to the automatic renewals, you can also setup automatic payments through Stripe, which will charge your card for upcoming fees. To set this up, go to the Payments page (see link below) and scroll to the bottom and in the section for Automatic Payments with Stripe select the button that states Manage Automatic Payments. Follow through the next steps in order to get your card entered for automatic payments.
