Missing data since symbol rollover

I rolled over the symbol I use with no issues on Monday of this week. My charts were updating with not problem earlier today. When I logged into SC this evening the data ends at the end of the day on 9-8-21 and begins again at 15:50 this afternoon (everything in between is missing). I also notice the 17:00 hour of data is missing, and picks up again at 18:00. I've tried the suggestions you have for re-loading missing data and nothing seems to work.

We see you are using Gain Capital. You really need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data for Sierra Chart. Information and instructions can be found here:

This is only an additional 10 USD a-month more and the exchange fee would be as little as 1 to 3 USD a month.

Users can no longer rely upon external sources of data.

In the meantime before using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, restart Sierra Chart and then follow these instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Actually we now realize what the problem is. You need to change to Service Package 10. We have done this for you now.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.


And for an additional 1 to 3 dollars a month for the exchange fee you can then get the real-time data and the most recent 10 minutes of historical data completely from Sierra Chart.
