Actually we now realize what the problem is. You need to change to Service Package 10. We have done this for you now.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

And for an additional 1 to 3 dollars a month for the exchange fee you can then get the real-time data and the most recent 10 minutes of historical data completely from Sierra Chart.
