I would like to add sierra data to my account for the cash indices and possible stock quotes. I will be using two data feeds....sierra and denali. I have a funded, non-professional trading account. I already pay exchange fees. By opening up another account, will I have to double my exchange costs? And, I am not sure which data service to apply for.

There is no problem getting data from both of our data feeds - the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here:

The Indices and the U.S. Stock data is available on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information on the following page, which also includes the Setup Instructions:

Futures data from the CME Group, EUREX and CFE are available through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. We see you are on Package 11, but you have not activated any exchanges. You will find the information for the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the following link, also including the Setup Instructions (which you will need to go through in order to get the real-time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed):

I do not understand. I have paid for the services in full. My one computer works with charts etc. My other computer does not receive any data and states that I have fo fund my account. Because, it says that I have to fund my account, it will not let me activate the account on my second computer. This is not acceptable. The account has been activated for approximately 3 months and stopped working when I tried to download the newest version. On my one computer there was no pro0blem updating. Not so for the second computer.......which will not allow me to access the program or activate the feed because it does not accept that my account is funded. I have spent a lot of time on this and it is costing me money in lost opportunity.

To begin with, you have posted to this board with 2 different accounts. That may be part of the problem. Be sure you are using the one account that has Usage Time on it, which begins with TransAct_User_.

As to data, you have not completed the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, therefore you would not be getting real-time data from us. If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to go through all of the instructions at the following link (including activating an exchange):

As to the issue of multiple computers, it is not a problem to use Sierra Chart simultaneously on 2 computers. But, the exchanges do not allow the data to go to both computers at the same time without paying an extra exchange fee. Refer to the information here:

Listen guys, I cannot activate the account on my one computer because it says that my usage time is up. It wants me to pay for another service package. My other computer shows that I am paid up. This is getting tiring for both of us. Disappointed with the service.

You have 3 accounts with us. Only one of them has Usage Time, which is the one that starts with "TransAct_User_". You need to login with that same Account Name and password on both systems. Do this first. Then let us know what your next issue is.

And be sure you log into this Support Board with that same activate Account Name and post from that account.

Where am I suppose to log onto? The system on my one computer comes up. As I have said, my other computer does not show any charts. Only the dome comes up and i do not see any place to log on to. The link that you sent me does not allow me to do anything except change my package with payment.

When you start Sierra Chart you are first shown a login screen. You need to stop the automatic login and change the Account Name to the same one that does work on the other computer (again, it starts with "TransAct_User_"). Refer to the following instructions:
