I do not understand. I have paid for the services in full. My one computer works with charts etc. My other computer does not receive any data and states that I have fo fund my account. Because, it says that I have to fund my account, it will not let me activate the account on my second computer. This is not acceptable. The account has been activated for approximately 3 months and stopped working when I tried to download the newest version. On my one computer there was no pro0blem updating. Not so for the second computer.......which will not allow me to access the program or activate the feed because it does not accept that my account is funded. I have spent a lot of time on this and it is costing me money in lost opportunity.
