It keeps saying that it cant find the symbol. I followed the find the symbol info and nothing changed.

It looks like you are trying to use the Trading Evaluator service for Real-Time data, but you have not finished setting up your Denali Exchange Data Feed, therefore you do not have access to the real-time data. Before you finish setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed, make sure you are familiar with the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the non-professional exchange rates. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Otherwise, if you just want to use the Delayed Streaming Data, then you just need to be on Package 5, which gives you access to the data, and then use the Trading Evaluator - Delayed. First, if you are just using Sierra Chart for practice and using the Trading Evaluator, then the best thing to do is to change to Package 5 and use the Delayed Exchange Data Feed with the Trading Evaluator - Delayed. Otherwise, if you want real-time data, then we need to know if you have a futures trading account and with which broker do you have this? i am only doing the Trading evaluator with Apertos. So you are suggesting that i go to package 5 and still use the data feed trading evaluator? Sorry for sounding dumb i am just trying to make sure nothing gets messed up .

You need to be on service package 11. And you do have to pay the exchange fee for real-time data. Do you have a live trading account already somewhere?

From User; I did everything you guys said to do and got a live trading account with amp and they gave me cqg data. It is still not allowing me to do anything in my Apertos tryout. Whats my next step???
