The CME Group has a requirement that in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees, that you have a live, funded, futures trading account. One of the steps that we go through to ensure this is the case is that we ask for your Broker/Clearing Firm and your Account Number on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement. If you do not enter this information, but you are claiming to be a Non-Professional, then the agreements are rejected. This is what is happening in your case. For more information on the CME Group Requirement, refer to the following:

Note that the EUREX does not have this requirement, so you were able to not enter the information and still have your agreement accepted.

Do you have a futures trading account, and if so with what broker? We just want to make sure that it is compatible with our system so we can make the electronic check to continue to satisfy the CME Group each month.

j'utilise proréaltime en papertrading ( compte de démo) donc je n'ai pas de compte réel. et quand je laisse la case vide, les accords sont quand même rejetés.

From Google Translate:
I use proréaltime in papertrading (demo account) so I don't have a real account. and when I leave the box empty, the chords are still rejected.

The agreements are being rejected since you are asking to be considered a Non-Professional, but then do not have a live futures trading account as the CME requires.

You have a few options. Here they are:
1) Act as a Professional trader, at least as far as the CME Group is concerned. You will then have to pay for the CBOT exchange (CBOT E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account) at the professional rate, which is $41.60 USD per month.

2) Open an account with AMP for $100.00 USD in order to qualify for the Non-Professional option. Refer to the information here:

3) Open an account with another broker, although you will probably need to supply more than the $100 that AMP allows. Just make sure that the broker supports one of the trading services that we support. You will find the list here:

4) Work with the Delayed streaming data from the CME Group. The data is 10 minutes and 10 seconds delayed, but in all respects acts like real-time data. Depending on how your paper trading works, this may not be an option.

Donc je ne peu pas avoir le flux juste parce que je n'ai pas de compte de trading ? c'est du grand n'importe quoi, je demande juste de voir un flux, je demande rien d'autre

From Google Translate:
So I can't get the feed just because I don't have a trading account? it's nonsense, I just ask to see a flow, I ask nothing else

First, it's not that you can't get it, it's just that it is more expensive.

Second, we agree. It is nonsense. But this is the rule that the CME Group imposes on us and we are just doing our best to meet their requirements.

Donc si je met que je suis professionel et que je paye le cbot à 41,60 USD c'est bon, rien de changera pour moi ?

From Google Translate:
So if I put that I am professional and I pay the cbot at 41.60 USD it's okay, nothing will change for me?

You will still need to fill out the Exchange Agreements as you have been, but this time you would select the option that you are Professional.

Then you would select the Professional exchange option when you get to that part.

The general instructions to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group can be found here:
