Bonjour, mes accords cbot sont refusés tout les jours, pouvez vous me dire pourquoi, j'ai rentré exactement les mêmes informations que sur les accords de l'eurex, merci de m'aidez car je paye le flux cbot mais à cause de vos accords refusés, je n'ai pas le flux en temps réel.

j'utilise proréaltime en papertrading ( compte de démo) donc je n'ai pas de compte réel. et quand je laisse la case vide, les accords sont quand même rejetés.
