Hello!

I am on delayed data because I need to login to my trade account. I've tried logging in with the instructions provided but it won't recognize my rithmic login credentials through LeeLoo Trading. I've never had to do this before but I know I've get the correct username and password as well as the correct Rithmic connection details. Please help me figure this out!

I just re-activated sierra and it's got me back on delayed data even though I already did this:

You are not setup to get any data through us.

If you are going to be connecting to LeeLoo and get your data from Rithmic, then you need to go through the Setup Instructions for Rithmic at the following link:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

You will need to ask LeeLoo about what Server to connect to.

If you are wanting data for the CME group, and you have a live, funded, futures trading account (as you reference the Easy Solution to a CME Funded Account), then you need to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed first. The instructions for this can be found at the following link:

Then, we need to know if you setup an account with AMP or with Stage 5. We can then get you to the proper instructions once we know which broker you used.

Ok, I think I'll just stick with Denali. I went to verify my AMP account and here is the message I got:

The (######) AMP Account is already linked to this Sierra Chart account.

Also, I think my credits are all screwed up because I've messed around with switching back and forth trying to get things to work.

Can you please make sure I can get set up for the amounts I've paid recently?

Do you know if you are setup with either CQG or Rithmic with AMP? If so, then the easiest thing to do is to connect to your AMP account through that order routing account. Let us know which one you have and we can point you to the right place.

Otherwise, if you are not setup with one of those, then you will need to get with AMP and let them know that the "AMP Trading Account Verification" from Sierra Chart is not finding your account to verify it. Hopefully they will be able to fix the underlying issue so that you can use that verification.

Right now, you are not setup for any data from us, apart from being on Package 11. So as long as you are going to work out the AMP connectivity issue soon, then you are fine. Once you get that worked out, then you just need to activate the exchanges you want.

Hello Again!

Please see the chat transcript with AMP. They are saying I'm live on their end.

I did notice that I have 2 CQG login credentials. The douganthony11-2 which is what I am signed in with here on Sierra is not active but my other username can sign into cqg which is DoAnthony. Same AMP account number. I'm so confused

Also, I am not using Sierra for trade routing or order entry. I'm just looking for live CME data that is accurate on number bars as well as crypto data. I will not be executing on Sierra but I've found through Denali that the number bars are more accurate than any other data.

I'm still getting this error message when I go to verify my amp account:The (######) AMP Account is already linked to this Sierra Chart account. It also says the status is verified???

Any ideas?

Well, whatever they did worked, as you are now "Verified" through the 'AMP Trading Account Verification'. So you will not have to go through this anymore.

So now all you need to do is to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data. You can get to the list of CME Group exchanges at the following link:
