Do you know if you are setup with either CQG or Rithmic with AMP? If so, then the easiest thing to do is to connect to your AMP account through that order routing account. Let us know which one you have and we can point you to the right place.

Otherwise, if you are not setup with one of those, then you will need to get with AMP and let them know that the "AMP Trading Account Verification" from Sierra Chart is not finding your account to verify it. Hopefully they will be able to fix the underlying issue so that you can use that verification.

Right now, you are not setup for any data from us, apart from being on Package 11. So as long as you are going to work out the AMP connectivity issue soon, then you are fine. Once you get that worked out, then you just need to activate the exchanges you want.
