Hello, how could I purchase monthly data feeds from Sierra to use only for charting. I trade ES / NQ. I would also like to use Footprint / Market profile if there is an additional cost for those. Thanks.

What makes this difficult is that the CME Group, which is where the ES and NQ are traded, has a requirement that in order to qualify for the lower-priced non-professional exchange fees, you have to prove that you have a live, funded, futures trading account. Understood, thank you. Prove to whom? What do I need to show to prove that I have a funded futures account? Might just switch to AMP. Currently using Tradovate.

Prove to the CME Group. We do this by having you connect to your trading account at least once a month (if you are not constantly connected). If you are using Tradovate, then if they have you setup with CQG for your trading service/order routing, then you can use that connection to verify your Sierra Chart account for the CME Group. Got it. Im stuck on "connecting" my trading account. Could I just buy package 5 and it would work off the bat?

If you want to use Delayed Streaming Data, then yes. You can purchase Package 5, which will give you the studies you want, but the data will be 10 minutes and 10 seconds delayed. Otherwise, if you need to have real-time data from the CME Group, then you need to have a live, funded, trading account to which Sierra Chart can connect and verify the account in order to satisfy the CME Group that you are a non-professional and so that you can pay the lower cost non-professional exchange fees. Or, you can pay the Professional exchange fees and get the real-time data that way. We typically discourage this, as the cost is so high that you are better off establishing a trading account, but it certainly is an option. Is your account with Tradovate using CQG for the order routing? If you do not know, then ask them about this. Hello, I just received my CQG connection account and I just purchased a package from you guys. Now, how do I bring up symbols? I trade the ES / YM. When I bring up the ES from "Find a symbol" it states symbol is unknown click for symbol information in orange and download failed in red.
