Hi I am subscribed to the denali feed and have "SC data -all services" selected for my trade service settings. This was working good until today I see my data has a 10 minute delay and "delayed data" is displayed above the charts. I have money in my account and everything is paid off as far as I can tell.

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

There is no option under trade service settings for Denali Feed. Before, I was connected to "SC/TT futures order routing" but I'm getting an error message now when connecting to that that says "trade account not assigned". When I first set up sierra I made an account with trading technologies so that I didn't have to do the once monthly connection thing. I was always connected to "SC/TT futures order routing" for many months without having to do anything extra like that. until like a month ago when data became delayed and I changed to "SC data - all services" and then it worked but now both do not work. Perhaps a problem on Trading Technology's end because they're not showing I have an account when I do?

We see that you are/were with AMP as your broker when you were using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. AMP stopped support for that service about 2 months ago and they moved the accounts to use CQG for the order routing. They should have informed you of this and given you a set of CQG credentials. If you do not have the CQG information, then talk to AMP about this.

Once you do have the CQG information (assuming you are still with AMP), then follow these instructions to setup your Sierra Chart to use CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

After you have finished the above, then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to change your symbols to CQG symbols.

------------

If you would rather use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then you would need to change brokers. Refer to the partial list of supporting brokers for this service at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions here:

So I don't need to route any orders through sierra. I only used AMP to connect to sierra as a workaround for the issue of having to reconnect every month. I place orders through tradovate on a completely separate platform and only want to use Sierra for charting. I found my CQG credentials and connected to it with Sierra as stated, then switched back to "SC DATA all services" and it's working fine again. Is there a more efficient way to have this connection set up? When I was connected to CQG the symbols were changed on my charts and they were pretty long and confusing, so I don't want that connection. If I have to connect to CQG once per month to keep the symbols I guess I can live with that.

We are working on a better method to verify your account with AMP. But until then, what you are doing is what you need to do.

When you switch your service to CQG just for the short time, you do not need to change your symbols. And if you do change them, but accident, when you change back to using the SC Data - All Services you should change your symbols back. To ensure you have the right symbols for the service you have, select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Refer to the following:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

I am having the same issue. My account is fully paid. I downloaded the lasted version. I disconnect and reconnected. I closed and reopened. I connected to my broker and then back to SC Data, and all it does is connect to delayed data. But it seemed to be working fine earlier today. (I did notice that when I connected to my broker, the log showed it was created a data file for real time, but then when I connected to SC, which I pay for, it went back to delayed data in the log).

I connected to my broker and then back to SC Data,
Do this again because we do not see an indication you connected to a live trading account.

Who is your broker?

I'll do it again. It's Gain. But my account also says I have 14 days left before I need to reverify, so why would I be disconnected from the live feed before then?

We apologize for the delay here.

You should not be:
so why would I be disconnected from the live feed before then?
We do not know all of the surrounding details. You should be getting real-time data now.

Also be aware newer versions of Sierra Chart do not have support for Gain Capital and connecting to Gain Capital in newer versions of Sierra Chart will not indicate that you are connecting to a live trading account.
