Whether this is related or not??? But I received the message symbol not found etc.(orange highlight} and I lost all NYMEX at 08:47:00 EST but not CME. I Dis and Connected in sub instance no help but it work in the Main instance

Reconnect to the data feed:

We need the Message Log from the Sub-Instance where you are having the issue. Please follow the same process as you did before, but do it in the Sub-Instance that is having the issue.

We are not seeing any issues in the log file you sent.

What exactly does the orange box state? We need the exact wording.

I can't be sure at this point. The message did not copy with the screen shot. But I did lose connection and I did need to reset(transfer servers) the main instance. It will happen again, until then we wait I guess.

The Message Log from 4/14/2021 also does not show anything. That is why we need the exact wording of the message, as we are somewhat confused as to what is happening.

Coincidentally the Software was not updating the symbol NG N this morning, I sent the log for analysis

The usual Dis/reconnect did not work but a complete restart did. The orange Label appeared and said ngn21 not known or improperly formatted?

Make sure you are using the consistent symbol format for that symbol for everywhere it is used within Sierra Chart, and also sub instances.

Use this Edit menu command translate the symbols to the correct format:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
