Data is delayed even though I have a subscription

I activated US Stocks (NYSE, NASDAQ etc) and have an active connection. However, my charts say it is delayed still.

Is there anyway to get live data given I have already paid/activated it?

You should be getting real-time data.

Follow the instructions here:

And make sure this option is enabled:
