Good day. I created "Account Support ticket" few days ago but still have no help. Will explain my problem here. I ordered Denali Data feed and I want to use it with my Rithmic Data (OneUP Funded acc. (MES Capital)). I did every step to connect it simultaneously with Rithmic but it doesn`t work. In my SC accont I can see that my verification of funded trading account has expired few months ago. Can acc. verification cause those problems? Need your help. Thank you.

Not having a verified trading account is definitely the reason you are not getting the Real-Time data. But, if you are properly connecting to Rithmic, then you should have been updating your trading account verification.

Are you currently connected to Rithmic? Are you always connected to Rithmic? Are you having any issues being connected to Rithmic?

If you are not having any trouble connecting to Rithmic then we would need to see your Message Log following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Yes, I am always connected to Rithmic. No problems with Rithmic connection.

What should I do? Fund AMP acc. and complete verification and after that connect use my Rithmic? Thank you.

You would need to check with MES Capital and see if your account also has Live Trading capability. If it does, then you would just need to connect to one of the Live Rithmic servers to validate your account.

If it does not, then you would need to have another trading account to validate for the CME Group. We recommend the following service:
