Not having a verified trading account is definitely the reason you are not getting the Real-Time data. But, if you are properly connecting to Rithmic, then you should have been updating your trading account verification.

Are you currently connected to Rithmic? Are you always connected to Rithmic? Are you having any issues being connected to Rithmic?

If you are not having any trouble connecting to Rithmic then we would need to see your Message Log following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
