AMP Charged me for Package 5 instead of Package 11 + Denali

Hi, AMP Futures made a mistake on March 9th and charged me for Package 5 for $25 when in the past it was charging me for Package 5 $25 + $10 CME with Market Depth + $20 Denali Feed. I was expecting for them to charge me Package 11 + Denali Feed + $10 CME with Market Depth and then in April I can continue with billing through you guys. I requested to have this charge refunded and I setup Package 11 within my account here today but it says it will go active in April. Would you be able to help me resolve this and let me know if I need to contact AMP Futures further regarding this? Thanks, Ivo |

AMP charges in the current month for the previous month. So most likely the charges you saw were for February 2021 from them. When you changed your package with us, you were actually just changing the End-Date of your Usage Time, but it went into effect immediately. So you are now on Package 11 with an end-date of April 3, 2021. So it sounds like everything is fine and there is nothing more you need to do. Hi John, I don't think that is the case. I'm aware of how everyone is raising the issue that they are seeing double billing and it looks like something like this with Feb under Description. See below: DATE VALUE DATE DESCRIPTION REG CCY DEBIT/CREDIT 01-MAR-21 01-MAR-21 MAR21 CQG CME Non Pro Level 1 01 USD 1.00 DR 01-MAR-21 01-MAR-21 FEB21 Sierra Denali Data Fee 01 USD 10.00 DR 01-MAR-21 01-MAR-21 FEB21 Sierra Denali Data Fee 01 USD 20.00 DR 01-MAR-21 01-MAR-21 FEB21 Sierra Package 5 01 USD 25.00 DR TOTAL However, I'm seeing the above plus another bill on March 9th that says Package 5 for $25 and March for the Description. I tried contacting AMP Futures and they said they don't see anywhere where I have selected Denali Feed plus CME with Market Depth. Which is strange since they have been billing this for me for the last 5 months or so. arkevo: In your case, the charge for Package 5 for March 2021 is correct. AMP charged you for that month and we will be charging them for it. You did not make any payments to us for your March usage. This is why your end date was originally April 10, 2021. As noted above, when you changed to Package 11, you also did not make any payments, as we just change the End Date of your Usage Time from April 10, 2021 to April 3, 2021. The only thing you have paid to us directly has been $3.25 for the "Full CME Group for NonProfessionals" exchange on March 10, 2020. Thank you for clarifying. One last question. You are verifying that I won't be getting charged for March for package 11th since I already paid for package 5 for march, is that correct? If I get charged for package 11th it will be only for April. Thanks, Ivo |

You are correct. You should not be charged any further by AMP for your Sierra Chart. If they do, then let us know, as that would be incorrect. You will be charged $3.25 on April 1, 2021 for the Denali Full CME Group for NonProfessionals exchange. Then on April 3, 2020 you will be charged for Package 11 for 6 months.
