arkevo: In your case, the charge for Package 5 for March 2021 is correct. AMP charged you for that month and we will be charging them for it. You did not make any payments to us for your March usage. This is why your end date was originally April 10, 2021. As noted above, when you changed to Package 11, you also did not make any payments, as we just change the End Date of your Usage Time from April 10, 2021 to April 3, 2021. The only thing you have paid to us directly has been $3.25 for the "Full CME Group for NonProfessionals" exchange on March 10, 2020.
