Hi, AMP Futures made a mistake on March 9th and charged me for Package 5 for $25 when in the past it was charging me for Package 5 $25 + $10 CME with Market Depth + $20 Denali Feed. I was expecting for them to charge me Package 11 + Denali Feed + $10 CME with Market Depth and then in April I can continue with billing through you guys. I requested to have this charge refunded and I setup Package 11 within my account here today but it says it will go active in April. Would you be able to help me resolve this and let me know if I need to contact AMP Futures further regarding this? Thanks, Ivo
