AMP charges in the current month for the previous month. So most likely the charges you saw were for February 2021 from them. When you changed your package with us, you were actually just changing the End-Date of your Usage Time, but it went into effect immediately. So you are now on Package 11 with an end-date of April 3, 2021. So it sounds like everything is fine and there is nothing more you need to do.
